Garneri Stamperie produces items made of non ferrous metal alloys (copper and brass) on technical customer requirements.

The core business along with the constant research of new markets and technical solutions has given to Garneri a great experience base.
From a market view side our company has 3 solutions for our customers:

• Forging operation: we can just offer the pure forging operation
• Forging and pieces: we can offer the complete forged parts ready to be machined
• Forging and machining: we can offer forged and machined parts on customers specification

The forging machines with a capacity from 200 to 1000 tons permit to forge products from 100 grams up to 12 Kgs. for applications in faucets, plumbing, valves, heating, handles and all sort of technical applications.

The moulds and tools used for the production are totally manufactured by Garneri from projection to realization.

This section of the company has the latest and modern machines and instrumentations linked by 2D and 3D software that permit a total traceability of the project.

With the evolution of the forging process also the moulds have had an important technical improvement.
The moulds are made in tempered steel with CNC machines and as a result this guarantees that Garneri can offer a better product and a constant production over a longer period of time.
